Dubai Harbour is a large-scale waterfront master development located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
The project was officially announced in 2017, with major construction activity starting around 2015–2017. It is designed as a premium mixed-use coastal district combining marina infrastructure, luxury residences, hospitality, retail, and leisure.
The master developer is Meraas (now operating under Shamal Holding), responsible for the overall planning, infrastructure, and marina development.
