Dubai Harbour

Dubai Harbour is a large-scale waterfront master development located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

The project was officially announced in 2017, with major construction activity starting around 2015–2017. It is designed as a premium mixed-use coastal district combining marina infrastructure, luxury residences, hospitality, retail, and leisure.

The master developer is Meraas (now operating under Shamal Holding), responsible for the overall planning, infrastructure, and marina development.

Main Components

Dubai Harbour consists of:
• Dubai Harbour Marina – One of the largest marinas in the region with around 1,400 berths for yachts.
• Residential Towers – High-end waterfront apartments and branded residences.
• Hotels & Hospitality – Luxury hotels integrated into the marina skyline.
• Retail & Promenade Areas – Waterfront dining, cafés, and lifestyle destinations.

The vision is to create a “maritime urban lifestyle” destination focused on luxury coastal living.

Developers Active in Dubai Harbour

While Meraas is the master developer, several major developers are building residential projects inside Dubai Harbour:

Developer of Emaar Beachfront, a prime beachfront residential enclave within Dubai Harbour.
It includes approximately 27 residential towers with private beach access and direct views of the Sea and Dubai Marina skyline.

Damac Properties

Arada

Developer of W Residences Dubai Harbour, a luxury branded residential project associated with the W Hotels lifestyle brand.
