The Site presents information about properties, communities and developers in Dubai and provides a way to contact us for brokerage services. We are licensed to operate as a real-estate brokerage in the Emirate of Dubai.
2. Information is indicative, not an offer
Property prices, availability, floor plans, payment plans, service charges, handover dates and rental yields shown on the Site are provided by developers, sellers, landlords and public sources. We work hard to keep them current, but they can change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell or let. A binding agreement only exists once signed contracts are exchanged between the parties.
