Jalili Real Estate LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use jalilirealestate.com, why we collect it, how we protect it and the rights you have over it. This policy is designed to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
1. Who we are
Data controller: Jalili Real Estate LLC, a real-estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department. You can reach our privacy team at info@jalilirealestate.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, property preferences and any message content when you fill out a contact form, book a call, or apply for a role on our Careers page.
- CV and application data — if you apply for a role, we process the CV, cover letter and any supporting information you submit.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, time on page and referrer, via cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy).
- WhatsApp conversations — if you message us through WhatsApp, the content of that conversation is processed under WhatsApp’s own terms in addition to ours.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To respond to you — legitimate interest / contract performance. When you ask about a property or book a call, we use your contact details to reply.
- To send market updates — consent. We only send newsletters and property alerts if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.
- To assess job applications — pre-contractual measures. We process CVs solely to evaluate your application.
- To improve the website — legitimate interest. We use aggregated analytics to understand which pages work and which don’t.
- To comply with the law — legal obligation. Dubai Land Department rules require us to keep certain transaction records.
4. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: 24 months after the last interaction. Career applications: 12 months if you are not hired, or as long as needed for your employment. Transaction records: 7 years, as required by Dubai Land Department regulation. Analytics data: anonymised after 14 months.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under written contracts: hosting (our WordPress host), email delivery (the provider that sends form-submission emails), analytics (Google Analytics 4), WhatsApp Business API, and the Dubai Land Department where legally required. All providers are bound to process data only on our instructions.
