Sharjah's master-planner — Aljada gave the emirate its first large-scale, design-led community; Dubai expansion followed.
Arada was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between members of the Sharjah and Saudi royal houses, with a brief to develop master-planned residential communities at scale.
The company’s flagship is Aljada, a roughly 24-million-square-foot master community in central Sharjah anchored by the Zaha Hadid Architects–designed Central Hub. From Sharjah, Arada has expanded into Dubai with branded residential towers and into Ras Al Khaimah with hospitality-led projects.
For our buyers, Arada is a younger name than the city’s legacy developers — but a credible one. Pricing tends to undercut the top tier; design language and amenity programming are notably stronger than the mid-market average.
“Communities should be designed for the people who live in them — not the brochure.” — Arada, on its design philosophy
