Iman Developers built its brand on a simple observation: Dubai buyers want private outdoor space, and most towers don’t deliver it.
Iman Developers was founded in 2014 and quickly identified a gap in Dubai’s residential market — buyers wanted private pools but couldn’t afford villa prices. By introducing plunge pools and splash pools into apartment developments across Dubai Hills, JVC, and DLRC, Iman pioneered a concept that has since been widely imitated. Projects including Urban Oasis, Limitless Valley, and One Park Central demonstrate consistent quality and strong yield performance in established investment corridors — and the Iman brand now carries a genuine premium over unbranded competitors in the same locations.
