Sheth Estate International Limited is the global arm of Sheth Developers Pvt. Ltd., India's foremost township and skyscraper developer established in Mumbai in 1986 by visionary founder Mr. Ashwin Sheth. With over 17,000 homes delivered, 60 projects completed, and more than 15 million square feet developed across India and the UAE, Sheth brings three-and-a-half decades of master-planning discipline and construction quality to the Dubai market.
Sheth Developers made its name building some of India’s largest townships, tallest residential towers, and most complex mixed-use developments — achievements that earned it recognition as a premier construction company in 21st-century India. The international expansion into Dubai produced Iris Bay Tower in Business Bay: a 35-storey, 35,953 sqm landmark commercial tower completed in 2015 and widely regarded as one of Business Bay’s most architecturally distinctive Grade-A office buildings. Iris Bay’s curved, sail-inspired facade offers panoramic views of the Dubai Canal and the Downtown skyline from high floors, while the podium includes a swimming pool, landscaped garden, the EMS Fitness Factory gym, six high-speed elevators, and 920 parking bays across three basement and three podium levels. The tower is operated directly by Sheth Estate International and houses a diverse tenant mix of financial, professional services, and technology companies — cementing the developer’s dual identity as both builder and long-term asset manager.
