An architect before an advisor.
Abdolhamid came to property advisory from the other side of the building. He holds a master's in architecture and spent more than twelve years running construction projects before he ever showed a client a listing. He reads a floor plan the way most people read a price — and he tells buyers what a specification sheet leaves out: how a layout will actually live once the furniture is in, where the build quality sits behind the render, and which developer promises are the kind that get kept. He works with Persian-speaking buyers across Dubai, in Farsi and English.
A direct line — no forms, no gatekeepers. Reach out and you'll hear back from Abdolhamid personally.
