Kimia’s focus is townhouses and villas — apartments on request — across secondary sales, off-plan and rentals, and she carries a second line of work that most advisors do not: she manages property for owners, and when a property needs legal or administrative steps, including a court case, she handles those from start to finish. She studied architecture before property, and it shows in how she reads a home: the layout and the quality of the build first, the brochure second.
She started in Dubai in 2023 and has worked at RZR Real Estate, Al Habtoor Realty and Sunlit Real Estate before joining Jalili Real Estate. The communities she knows from the ground are Nad Al Sheba Gardens, Meydan, Rukan, JVT, Al Barari and the areas around them. On an investment purchase she lays out the full cost, premium included, before a client decides, and she advises on the golden-visa route where it applies.
Her method is to listen first, and to keep asking until the brief is clear. Then she explains the market the way someone who works in it every day sees it, not only from the buyer’s side, and she says what she thinks even when it is not what a client hopes to hear. One person runs the whole process — from the first conversation through the keys and long after — and her clients, from Iran, Pakistan, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Arab world, work with her alone. She works in Persian, English and French.
