Mina studied marketing before she sold property: a master’s degree from Hamedan University, completed in 2020. She entered the Dubai market in June 2021 on the leasing side, handling more than fifteen rental and leasing transactions in her first eight months and learning the city’s communities from the tenant’s end first.
In February 2022 she moved into sales at TRPE Real Estate, closing two off-plan transactions in her first month. From June to November 2022 she also worked as a sales manager at Sobha Realty — selling for the developer rather than for a brokerage — and returned to TRPE with a working view of how a developer prices and releases its own inventory. She was promoted to line manager in December 2023 and, until December 2025, coached a team of five property consultants across off-plan and secondary-market sales while handling the larger negotiations herself.
She joined Jalili Real Estate in December 2025. She advises investors and end users on acquisition and pricing, and manages the whole cycle from first enquiry through negotiation to closing and transfer. Much of her work comes through referral. She works in Farsi and English.
