Misha’s working life began with businesses of her own. In Iran she owned two beauty-salon branches, and it was there that she learned to deal with people directly, every day. She then emigrated to Germany and stayed ten years, working as a permanent employee of a city municipality and, alongside that post, building an online shop for 18-carat gold.
She moved to Dubai nearly two years ago and started in the property market one week after landing. Her clients have mostly come from Germany, Austria and other European countries — German-speakers above all, and Persian-speakers who live outside Iran — and a significant share of her transactions have been completed without the buyer ever being in the room. Advising people who are buying from another country has given her a working understanding of what international clients worry about and how they actually decide.
Her method rests on a plain idea: her responsibility does not end when a client decides to buy, it starts there. Honesty, accountability and staying with the client are the three rules she works by, and she would rather be the advisor who puts her information and experience on the table than the person who closes. She is currently studying psychology online. Her first language is Persian and she is fluent in German, with working English and Turkish.
