Mohammad came to property from the building site. He holds a degree in civil engineering and spent six years in the construction of villas and apartments before he entered the market, which is why the questions he asks of a project are a builder’s questions: how well it is put together, whether the fundamentals of the scheme hold up, and what that means for the value of the unit over time.
He has worked in Dubai real estate since 2021 and specialises in waterfront property. He advises local and international clients across off-plan, ready and rental homes, and his brief is usually a double one — a property that works to live in and works as an investment at the same time.
His method looks past the day of purchase. Before he recommends a property he considers the rental income it can carry, the room it has to appreciate, what a renovation could add and how easily it will sell on. Construction experience on one side and market experience on the other, the result is a purchase made with a clear view of its long-term value and return.
