What it actually costs to buy

The asking price is not the cheque. Transfer, agency, the trustee office and — if you are financing — mortgage registration all sit on top of it, and they are usually quoted to you one at a time. Move any figure below and watch the whole cheque assemble itself.

These fees are set by the registration authority, the trustee office and your bank, not by us, and they change. Confirm every rate for your own transaction.

Not included: service charges and other running costs, valuation and bank arrangement fees, conveyancing, furniture or fit-out, and any developer or NOC charge on a resale.
