Dubai Marina was launched by Emaar in 2003 and built out across the following decade. Towers run from the Marina Mall up to Cayan and the Princess. The community is fully delivered, with secondary inventory turning over continuously and short-let demand absorbing much of the rental supply. The district connects to Sheikh Zayed Road via two metro stations and the Tram loop. Walkable end-to-end along the promenade.
