Bluewaters Island is a premium waterfront island destination located off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The island was developed by Meraas, one of Dubai’s major master developers.
Construction began around 2013, and the island officially opened to the public in phases starting in 2018–2019.
Bluewaters is positioned as a luxury mixed-use island community, combining residential buildings, hospitality, retail, and entertainment in a low- to mid-rise urban design.
