What is the Best Workplaces in the Middle East™ list?
It is Great Place to Work® Middle East’s regional ranking. The 2026 edition recognises 200 organisations in three categories: 50 Large, 50 Medium and 100 Small. Any company based in the Middle East, in an eligible industry, with 10 or more employees could apply.
Ranking inside size categories means a firm is compared with employers of a similar size, not with multinationals. Ours sits in the Small category at No. 47, between companies in hospitality and travel from across the region. Great Place to Work® records the firm as a 65-person team in the UAE, working from our Sheikh Zayed Road office.
How is the ranking decided?
According to the announcement, the rankings are “primarily based on employee feedback from the Great Place to Work Trust Index©”, supported by the Culture Audit© and the materials each company submits. In plain terms: the people who work here answered a confidential survey, and the firm described its practices for review.
It follows the Great Place to Work® Certification the firm earned earlier this year, which runs from March 2026 to March 2027. The certification was the first step; the regional list is the comparison against other certified employers. You can read about the certification in our March announcement.
Why does a firm’s culture matter to a property buyer?
A Dubai purchase is rarely one meeting. An off-plan unit runs from reservation through instalments to handover; a resale runs through offer, the developer’s clearance and transfer. At each step, the useful person is the one who already knows your file.
That is why we read this ranking as a signal of continuity. A team that chooses to stay is more likely to keep the same advisor on your purchase from the first viewing to the keys, and to answer when you write, because the person answering is supported rather than stretched.
For our Persian-speaking clients the point is sharper. An advisor who speaks your language and already knows your family’s plans is hard to replace halfway through a purchase, and a new face at handover means explaining everything again.
It is a signal, not a guarantee. The list measures what employees say about their workplace. It does not rate advice, pricing or returns, and no client was surveyed. Judge any advisor, ours included, on the work.
What should you ask any firm about its team?
- Who will handle my purchase from reservation to handover, and who covers when they are away?
- How long has that advisor been with the firm?
- Can I check the advisor’s broker registration? Our guide shows how to verify an ORN and a BRN.
- Will one person speak to me in my language throughout?
